The ASX not letting them relist wasn't ideal and then pot stocks going off the boil just added to the problem. In saying that though, Andrew and the Merchant team are pretty savvy people so I am sure they have a plan C and D happening as we speak, if not they would have dumped this a long time back, taken the hit and moved on.
The concern for us mere minions is, whatever the deal ends up looking like, will it be good for us, or will it only be good for the insiders who are bought in later on.
I heard an interview a long while back where Andrew said they were close to putting Marley Spoon into this and dodged a bullet by the deal falling through. I reckon the thinking must be a bit different now

Just spoke with aaron the company secretary, they are working behind the scenes getting licences and permits to list in the uk as it seems there was more demand for cannabis type companies than there were in canada.

And they will update share holders when they have solid figures. looks like later in the year as other posters have said.
