"The challenge is that with Covid-19 and the restrictions in place in Europe we have not been able to get the German auditors out to Macedonia to complete this audit. It was originally going to occur in March and was subsequently pushed back to July and now has been pushed to October. So we are currently in a holding pattern until this audit can be completed.
