Seems a lot of hassle to go through for a scam... and our shares are worth $0 currently - a float at any price would be an infinite % increase. Is the conspiracy theory that this is all a front to slowly bleed the funds out of the company via executive salaries and then crumple like a used McDonald's bag? Maybe, but why does management, who hold an enormous amount of shares, want their own shares to be worthless? Wouldn't the better scam be to float , pump the price, tell some half truths and sell their shares at a profit? How do I know you are not trying to alight me of my shares at a future share float by convincing me I'm being cheated? In other words BRING THE EVIDENCE please
