    Tailwind, I'm not sure that is entirely correct, the part about financials not required for an unlisted company. My interpretation of information from ASIC suggests that public companies (which this is) must make available to "their members" copies of financial reports lodged with asic by making it available on their website, or by sending a copy to the "member". The way I read it, if you ask, they must supply.
