Some further digging on the ASIC website for EUROPEAN CANNABIS CORPORATION LIMITED ACN 112 291 960 appears to show that the last financial report supplied to ASIC was in 2019. I don't see a financial report for 2020 or 2021. It is my understanding they need to supply a financial report within 4 months end of a financial year. One must ask the question, why then have they not filed one for FY20, and FY21?
