The company will outline the amounts that have been spent,
then outline who has spent the money, (in this case directors i believe)

then they will outline details of what the money has been spent on,
and holders can vote on Debt to equity outcome and other company voting issues.

So yes, it means more shares issued to cover expenses incurred by the business to keep it afloat.


The upside is that the milestone here (sale of flowers and extract) which is close to being achieved,
values the company higher than pre milestone. (this is a tangible rerate in valuation which is very important)


Its part of growing a business and means with insider loans, we are not in the hands of banks etc.
