You are correct. To keep the company alive quite a bit of money has been raised. Was it raised on terms fair to existing holders? Unlikely. Was it raised on terms fair to a start up style seed round, most likely.
Our percentage ownership of the company will have been crunched very badly, which is fine as we had nothing otherwise.
But let's not forget, this wasn't a washed up shell that Merchant bought back from the brink and saved existing trapped holders. A lot of people invested here due to Merchant offering a brighter future before the suspension. So I hope that has been remembered and we come out of it being respected for believing in Merchant.
