So according to top link Auscann Group holdings (AC8 ASX) is Eurocanns largest investor. AC8 have been suspended since Nov 22 due to 'a proposed transaction'. A lot of very disgruntled holders over there on the AC8 threads.

So putting 2 and 2 together and potentially coming up with 5 - Maybe there is a merge somehow and Eurocann utilises AC8's already listed status on the ASX. Either way shareholders usually get shafted so not holding out for anything miraculous but anything is better than nothing right?
