This is an emerging market with the legislation not even finalised. It is crucial to develop early and strong relationships with distributors. I want to be the 'coke' or 'pepsi' of this market and it probably requires capital and contacts to achieve this. A pre-ipo apparently provides both. Much like the 'boost-juice' phenomena, they went early and hard to establish brand recognition. It's go hard or go home and I'm confident that this market is going to be sufficiently massive enough to justify the dilution.
