At this share price CIF returning a 12% yield

Have started to accumulate just wondering how far I should go on this one, but so far I'm very happy to buy up in any sell-down.
My DD so far checks out good looking at all the info I can find

See other thread for some of my reasons

    Plus
On 22/12/08 there were 350,273,920 shares with notice of intention to buy back 34,675,789, and buy back is to commence 6/01/09 and end 5/01/10 and will finish earlier if max no. are acquired before that date

Notification on 6/10/10 there are now 316,223,785 on registry and the end date was extended from 5/01/10 and has ceased on the 14/09/10

Total bought back was 34,050,135 or just on 10% of the total registry

CGF ownership in CIF from 2008 to present date
    Feb 08 increased from 111.1mil to 115.7mil (32% to 33%)
    Oct 08 increased from 115.7mil to 120mil (33% to 34%)
    Nov 08 increased from 120mil to 123.8mil (34% to 35%)
    Apr 09 increased from 123.8mil to 126.3mil (35% to 37%)
    Jan 10 increased from 126.3mil to 127.7mil (37% to 38%)
    Apr 10 increased from 127.7mil to 128.7mil (38% to 39.8%)

So using the updated registry as of 6/10/10, CGF now have 40.7% of CIF

With A$ so high I'm thinking it's a good time to buy into quality overseas assets for the additional leverage.

Anyone care to run some numbers on this one?
