There is no cash to pay due debt and as such there is no cash to pay anything else.
If the BBI Mgt / CSI intent is not known before conversion, I will take my chances and vote NO. If this results in admin, well if I'm only getting the banana skin from the CSI deal, why bother.
Will there be anything from Admin for BEPPA / SPARCS ?
Who knows, but time will tell ?
