I completely agree they are caught - but only if you think your position will be worth something.

If holders believe (I believe correctly) that they are likely to get nothing, either in VA or under the CI, then why should BEPPA holders play ball with management.

The onus is on BBI management, because they don't want to lose their jobs!!!!!!!!!!!

They have to convince either the BEPPA holders to take the deal, and they wont if the deal is hopeless, or they have to convince the CI to offer the HYBRIDS that little bit extra to get them over the line.

I think the HYBRIDS will be offered a better deal than one might expect.
