is this a breakout?, page-3

im no charting guru, i just use a simple method that works for me..

IMO it is yet to have a major break out, needs to get over the top trend line which it is nowhere near atm.
It did however have a small breakout of the RSI which has been in a downtrend since september 2010.
It has alot had a positive divergence with the RSI making a new high low in the last month or so.
So in conclusion there is some short term strength, but watch out for the ultra high volume bar to the left around the 23cent mark. Could contain some trapped buyers looking to get out and break even at least.
