Theres always been a rubixcube to every story in the DRC, as half of them still seem to think, they still operate in a dark slum alley like a bunch of cockroaches, with no one watching in.
I think you’ll find that the 15% story / claims of issue with the share cert will come full circle shorty.
The tribunal which they slid through, after brewing up these claims, can be overturned by DRC law; apparently this was initially fist passed behind the companies back, The claims too had a Swiss cheese flavour to them. Focus comes off the ML licence for the legal eagles, with this their next dish to serve.
lifting the lid and seeing what cockroaches are in the pot, seeing where these claims were brewed up and by whom, is likely going to create some erratic scurrying ; reading the ann it seems that the company seems to think that the claims on the share cert, is basically a house of cards.
This has now been brought to light and events like these will be watched with great interest, from those wanting to invest in the DRC going forward, particularly after FT’s road shows across the global, tell us the DRC is open for business .
