    Had a chat with Sticky just the other day about this very post from 11-odd years back. Don’t think he/she will mind me sharing, but he/she assured me he/she has changed his/her tune on DRC sovereign risk what with the US/DRC minerals for security deal.

    But then again, this is the DRC.
