    Don't look good for PSA as gas prices have dropped in US and they actually are looking at liquefying and exporting it!
    As for Oil shale there is no doubt it's there, the problem is always how fast it can be recovered if it can at all.
    Big plus is they do have cash but can be used up quick in drilling dusters.
