    1. Orignally, bought a 24% stake for ~$2 million above 2 cents per share.
    2. Yesterday it was announced they provided $1 million loan and in lieu of that can buy 100 million shares at 1 cent.

    Now that is what I call dillution - from 2 cents to 1 cents in no time.

    CTR has officially been Ranged.

    Range will hold ~45% of CTR.
