The funny thing is, this is basically why I think the AVZ price will and is struggling this year. As the saying goes, it's not how big it is, it's how you use it.

It makes no sense (as I currently see it) for AVZ to start above 2mtpa (for only 60%), with additional dilution to come from that 60% (unless they can get debt funding/prepayments to start bigger), as the additional dilution for the added production capacity probably isn't financially beneficial to holders, assuming the rest of the operation can be made to work in an appropriate time frame.
