IMHO either it is terminal or it is being driven down for a placement. Those two possibilities are all that I can think of.

If it is the former may she RIP. If it is the latter god knows how low they want it. If it is the latter its hard to fathom AW would want to give away scrip at rock bottom prices given his stake unless the situation was pretty dire. I had big hopes for this company but am pretty much lost for words atm.
