    1. Yep, does smell of an insto placement, possibly using the 15/20 day VWAP formula. 20% gone in a week for no apparent reason!!
    Hate it when co's do it that way for insto's only..
    2. Beat down could also have to do with any CFO sign on allocation.
    If it's either (or both), we'll find out in the coming weeks..
