Anchor sold out to Digital Pacific, did pretty much what BP does and look how that worked out for them? There is a reason they sold. Making money fo managing AWS is the mistake they made there's not enough fat in it PLUS the cost of the public cloud is very costly once you reach scale. Too many large outages from hyperscale providers will mean there is a real high risk of clients leaving without FORCING them to increase their spends by 1.5x for management fees + geo-redundancy. Clients are wanting Hybrid Solutions and moving back in-house once they reach scale. Look at IBM, clients are sick of failing public clouds and are sick of data breaches, corruption & downtime. And it's VERY expensive once you reach scale.
