This seems to be one of the least watched stocks on Hot Copper - I wonder why ?

I had it recommended to me by a Broker about 6 months ago with a price target of 50 cents by the end of 2010 . As it is struggling to even get above 18 cents I have serious doubts that it will ever make it . I think the last capital raising / placement to sophisticated ( ? ) investors at only 20 cents when the SP was 30 was a total disgrace and knocked the stuffing out of the SP where it now sits unloved and unwanted by anYone . What do management intend to do to increase the attractiveness of this dog to potential investors ?
