    How can major QTK shareholders sell when sellers outnumber buyers by 4:1?

    Why wouldn’t “those wanting to take up a placement” buy on market at these prices?

    This news coverage of a Quicktrack incident is rare and yet the device has been around Sydney for years. Does that look like a world beater?

    Why didn’t GM Holden take up this Quicktrack system?
