Like I said BRR, I doubt whether Harmony would let it get to a stage where a compulsory takeover is possible, remember GEM has to get 80% to enable it to do that, Harmony knows exactly what percentage it and MOD holds, they will watch it with a hawk eye, if it looks like going to somewhere near 80% due to the extra dilution then I reckon Harmony would pull the pin and force the company into administration, remember they are holding notes not shares, so they still control who gets the IP, and also remember that they were happy with this deal, so it would seem to me anyway? that they are going to get more by agreeing with this deal, than they would if they went down the administration path?

When metalstorm gets the money it will allow them to complete a number of programs, and when completed they can then go to market, the US has delayed the decision on the MPM L/NL (Firestorm)again, I wonder what they are waiting for? and the MAUL is for all intense purposes ready,and the US are deploying robotic vehicles now and the ADWS is made for them read Bill Gates's post, how long do you think the US will wait, these types of weapons are required now, not years down the track, the US wants them and they even have the audacity to copy some of metalstorms IP recently and cal it their own, BS they don't want it?

My belief is that GEM will get as many shares as they can cheaply, and then make a move to get full control by paying market price for the rest and if I were them I would do exactly the same, it is the cheapest way to do this rather than flag to the market from day one your full intentions,they will have to fork out for the rest as Harmony or MOD will not give them away I believe, once the market realises that GEM are moving on Metalstorm for a takeover you watch the price climb then, especially if we get some decent contracts, and anyone who holds will be in there for the ride!

Another thing to consider in this is ST Kinetics role, they will be part of the deal in some way, manufacture? ammunition supply? sales possibly? I say possibly because I very much doubt that we will ever see sales to anywhere other than the US,UK,and Oz, for exactly the same reasons why we have not seen one thing that evenly remotely resembles metalstorm stacked round electronic firing, things like the VLE, Pyrogen,Starchase, Fireworks, these were simple modifications of metalstorms IP and they worked well on their own, but they were shelved, not because they didn't work but because pressure was brought to bear because they were the pre cursor to mach 5/50 and it was considered in the national interest to do so.
