My main point BRR was that if Harmony saw that they were heading into a forced sale for lets just say 2.6c per share divided into the worth of the note, and Harmony knew damm well that they would get heaps more if they just sent mst into administration and sold the IP, then I believe they would do so, that is my belief, I could be wrong, but if that is possible then no one could blame them for doing so, but as I said the US will not let that happen, they do not want the IP locked up in legal battle for years because they want these weapons now, not in two years or more?
