Re my question as to when will GEM's first payment come. It appears 15 or 16/1/10 is the "moment of truth" date. Reading the original announcement it is to be 10 working days after the draw down notice for 12,500,000 shares issued on 5/1/10. I'm presuming the Section 708a notice is the draw down notice. Hope it is not "lost" in the banking transfer.
