I'm sorry to hear that david37, that is a lot of money lost so far,I doubt you will ever get all of it back? but I reckon you could just about get your money back or even a nice little profit, if you spent another $500 at todays prices, mind you I am in for a hell of a lot more than that, but I still think I will see some decent money within two years possibly less, if not it has been a hell of an experience, you win some you lose some, but research helps to even the playing field sometimes!
