I’ll throw it out there as I’m not convinced this is the best deal for I Candy Shareholders. Why give up 100% of an asset for 25% with the only thing on the table from the partner is they are in the proximity of major Nordic Gaming companies and a potential listing on the Swedish Stock X?

I’m also concerned with the related party cross trade... seems like FatFish are the real beneficiaries here...happy to be proven wrong. Seems like they are shuffling assets to the benefit of their shareholders...25% for ICI shareholders? C’mon we can do better.

at least we get to vote and happy for discussion as to how this is a real financial benefit to ICI...or alternatively why so cheap?

I do see benefits but not at 75% haircut! we should negotiate a better deal folks! IMO

IMO Great deal for FFG...not the best deal for ICI! Don’t subscribe to the “Focus on our other business”
