After Heron completed the deal with Inco about the KNP they went into discussions about a possible joint venture on sulphides. At some stage Heron discontinued the discussion as it did not see anything profitable coming out of it. Refer to past announcements.

There is no need for Heron to go with anyone with JUD. Let's keep it 100% Heron. This way the profit is ours. No one has oftake rights to JUD at this stage, perhaps that is what BHP/P is interested in.

CVRD will have oftake to KNP - and the project will go ahead - nothing is surer.
