jiantan, your estimates (accurately calculated) show that AGI could deliver a 12 cent dividend within reasonable FY16 earnings consensus estimates and payout range.
But I think AGI will keep retained earnings at the higher end of the range to pay for US infrastructure, new product development and marketing, etc. As such, I expect the FY16 dividend will be closer to the consensus estimate of 10.6 cps.
