    the answer to your question is no it is not a head and shoulders.

    At this stage HIG looks to be in an uptrend with frequent healthy consolidations along the way.

    31c is the latest consolidation with small amounts of stock having been sold below that.

    Should HIG break 30c and pull back to 28.5 then I would reconsider that call.
