Hey whome, Kantor's dispatch was discussed before and the consensus was that he was booted from the company because he wanted to do everything his own way while Duffell, et al had other ideas. They were initially gonna split into two separate entities (OTT and IoT) where Kantor would take ROAMe and IoT. However, after Duffell failed to win over intervision deal, the de-merger plan fell through so there was no use for Kantor and his big ego anymore.
I agree with you that Kantor's departure was where the wheels fell off... that guy, although lacking experience, had a vision and ambitions, he was trying to take this company somewhere. But as mentioned above, other directors had plans of their own.
What those plans are will become evident pretty soon, but given their previous ventures and track record, it seems pretty clear where this is all going... IMO DYOR
