    I guess in the end everyone got what they really wanted. Court case was probably just a good/timely excuse to get rid of Simon.
    Kantor ended up with a pile of cash for handing over the company, while Ian-Sean-Scott team got full control of the company along with millions of investors' money....

    Well... and the shareholders are left with roame, rova and amazon...haha
