I don't understand why you would support this nonsense, it's a disgrace.

Very well said. Its the fact that a cap raise is needed asap and the unknown qunatity is at what price. At the rate that the share price is collapsing it would have to be done well under 1 cent and then there will be huge dilution that will hit loyal shareholders.

The other serious issue is if they cant raise capital......then VA is a very probable event.

Either way it would seem everyone would prefer to sellout while they can.
