It has been in the doldrums for years yet it has managed to raise $9 million and RBC has now come out with an "outperform" recommendation saying that the current value is at least 15 cents.
This company must have some of the best copper deposits in the world yet the market ignores it completely.
If the company can arrange funding this month will this become a large buy or do you think no matter what this is a Huge Sell?
