i was told this afternoon by LYC 31/1/09 was always the date
this is correct per 7 March 2008 annoucement, which states:
If the Bond Proceeds Release Date has not occurred by 31 January 2009, each Bondholder may require, at any time up until the Bond Proceeds Release Date has occurred, the Issuer to redeem some or all of the Bonds held by that Bondholder by giving notice to the Issuer in accordance with Condition 7.3(d)(i).
STILL THIS REALLY STINKS
