    You have some valid points there Polski.

    These guys got a grilling at the AGM over the director's options so I doubt they'd want to create any more stir by obtaining more shares at a substantially discounted price to most of their shareholders and further diluting the shares on issue. Besides directors taking up more shares doesn't necessarily guarantee future success - look at ABC learning as an example!

    As a shareholder, I'd like to see the directors working towards successful outcomes for their many projects returning value to the MC, putting cash in the bank, and in turn giving the themselves a real incentive by placing their recently issued 66m options in the money at 1c+. Handing over more shares at 0.1/0.2c is simply undeserved at this crucial stage of their business and only provides for short term gains IMHO.

    Yep....they need to wait like the rest of us.
