The risk to the downside seems minimal at these levels and the recent hold ups etc have been factored into the price probably and then some more for good measure. Someone recently posted a good entry point would be $1.40 ! May be it gets there ,but for my money there is so much that could go right from this price point as PDN has been pummelled by bad news,economic woes and then had the kitchen sink thrown at it for good measure. Grabbed a few yesterday as the current price is very attractive imho.
