Nope, the mkt is playing "Ill believe it when I see it" regards the SML and with it having taken this long -fair enough..

$115 mill for this project.. maddness. At 200 mill its a highly inexpensive devolpment play.. if we end up with SML and that is followed by fianance.... $300 mill???
