AAE having suffered a near death experience, has recently been recapitalized and relisted with the assistance of Ascent Capital. Ascent Capital is a Perth based investment company with a history of investing in revamped penny stocks and seeing their investments do very well. In the case of AAE 2 Directors have put their money where their mouths are and invested heavily with Gary Steinpreis alone holding a 26% stake. An announcement has already been made that the 'new' company is looking for opportunities in the oil and gas sector in Africa, Middle East and Asia. To facilitate this 2 high powered and very experienced Oil and Gas Experts have been employed, Channon and Ferguson, These men have had experience with companies as Shell, Santos, Delhi, Adelphi etc. With these type of people backing this company I think at .06 it is one worth watching. Does anyone else agree?
