Now that CFE owns the Copper company assets is it a possibility that it will be made a seperate company and seperated from CFE with a distribution of the shares on a prorata basis to CFE holders. This is a way of distributing profit from CFE by a tax free method and that should appeal to Sage who would be a major shareholder, probably get yet another directorship, and go on to the next deal.
