Sorry about that - yes, following Tana's comment, I asked someone at Avexa why the director's are not buying and that was the answer I got. I can't go into detail of who it was (sorry) but happy to stand on my record of accuracy. Of course, there's no secret that Avexa have been in discussions with different companies and this should not be taken to mean a deal is done (or what type of deal is being discussed). Pertinent to note that management are heading to europe and the US in october for an investor roadshow. My reading of that (my reading only) is that suggests a deal is likely to be a licensing deal for ATC rather than a friendly takeover. Who knows though?
