A couple of people pointing out that James has decent skin in the game in terms of his shareholding. That is true, but don't overlook that he has also paid himself $4.3m in salary and bonuses over the past 3 years. A few more years on that sort of wicket and his 10m shares becomes less relevant.

Also the company is in no position to buy back shares because it has >$60m in debt and as per the last qtrly is only generating about $20m pa in operating cashflow (after production, admin and interest costs).
