If there was one company I thought I could trust to look after its shareholders it would have been this one.

The deal smacks of jobs for the boys,why else would the board agree to the deal? Why not flagged the offer with "take no action at this stage".

The offer is unreasonable. Lets hear from Fairfax, News consolidated media group, and all the others that would want this gem of a company, before gifting it 'unanimously"
to "mates"!!
