    Sugar business is gone assuming FIRB approve. Failing that, demerged.

    IMO - buying/holding CSR is largely a play on a cyclical upswing in construction. Given the lack of construction in US/Aust at moment, there is a view that this may come back in a big way.....just requires patience.
