After today's announcement I would have thought that RPT holders have effectively doubled their money at the current price of MGA shares... am I right or wrong?

I know the real value gets worked out during time of takeover and by then the price of MGA shares could be lower but I would think most people would still make a good profit, even if the MGA share price goes down to $CAN 5.0
