is this a takeover move on stirling, page-10

I just don't get it.
Is it poor planning, management or bad luck? The crew at Stirling surely know way IN ADVANCE with so many projects going they'll need $$ now!!

Why did they left things so late?

If they had filled their coffers when the SP was higher @ 0.013(Aug 10), say CR for shares, options + other means with working capital to run this show for say two years. We would not be left with situation like this!!

The SP would be easy sitting steadily at say 0.007. And now we would be sitting pretty waiting for the continues stream of positive news and see a continual raise in the SP.

Than to worry about being taken over, a substantial share diluting at low SP or this company going bust.

I've a few Million of these shares. I'm now taking a punt on this one NOT selling any of my shares(hard earned dollars) for this price.
I'm going with something or nothing.
