The rights issue was priced in at $13.50 , punters are already up 20% and we shall see some selling pressure. I have this inkling feeling we will not see $13.50 again. The punters that have taken up the WES issue back in '08 at $29 - unsure if we will see $29 on WES anytime soon also. I see it oscilating between $15 and $23 for a very long time. Good trades to be had though. I like it here.
