While:

2. By 20 August 2014 the Applicants and Wellington to file and serve expert evidence on:

a. the duties of a Compliance Plan Auditor, the conduct of the Compliance Plan Audits of the PIF carried out by Ms Waters in respect of the 2005, 2006 and 2007 financial years and whether such audits fell short of the standard expected of a Compliance Plan Auditor; and

b. the conduct of a reasonable director.

Next to revelation of our Statement of Claim, these revelations are eagerly awaited;
