Ah i see, yeh dosen't look like they signed it yet.
It says the formal docs, so maby just taking a bit of time to put together. The fact that MIN are drilling already would indicate they are acting i would think just matter of dotting the i's crossing the t's. Big odd they haven't said anything yet...
